Being in a couple is great for a number of reasons, my favourite is that Lee and I play Tortilla Face. The other night we had fajitas (a little treat for us) and it was all lovely, I was watching 16 and Pregnant over my shoulder whilst desperately trying to keep the chicken in my tortilla. As dinner finished I moved over to the sofa to continue the gripping episode and to my surprise Lee walked up and hit me in the face with our last tortilla!
Tortilla Face is a tradition started in uni, as you've guessed, it means catching the other person unaware and slapping them in the face with the last tortilla. This was the first time it had been played in a while, I'd almost forgot it's beauty and simplicity.
Lee then decided to screw it up into a ball and play catch with it. I joined in whilst exclaiming "I'm SO glad we don't live at home!!!!"
Try playing Tortilla Face when you next have a wrap, now you know the rules/existence of the game you have a definite advantage over your opponent!
Haha love it! I used to play 'Pret punch' with my ex. Basically, if you spot a Pret A Manger before the other person, you punch them. Hard. In the arm. Best played in central London. xx
ReplyDeleteI am so adopting this! xxx
DeleteHahahahahahahaha omg this is the best thing I have ever read I actually love you Becca!!! It sounds like the funniest game, me and James have a fajita kit sitting in the cupboard ready for friday night so I'm totally gonna be doing this hehehe :P Thank you for brightening my day!

Deleteah this sounds amazing. Is the tortilla full of chicken and sauce or empty by this point? Sounds like it could get messy which is fine of course. xx
