Week Scrapbook: My Walk to the Office

I'm often a lazy shit and take the bus for 10 minutes rather than walk the 15 to work from London Bridge. With the sun finally shining and my camera spending the day with me at work I decided to walk from St Paul's to London Bridge.

The walk is one of my favourites in London, and one I never get bored of. Along the South Bank I get to stare at St Paul's, Tate Modern, The Globe and The Shard. Views from the Millennium Bridge are some of the best in the city in my humble opinion.

I've been fairly quiet recently as work has been flipping mental; I spent last week at a trade show in France, which was a such good fun but incredibly tiring. Other than that I've been trying to catch up with work and use every spare moment to tuck myself into bed and sleep. Sadly I have only one photo of France because I could not face walking around after being on my feet all day. In my spare time I lay with my feet higher than my head and eating Brie wrapped in Leerdammer with ham. Game changer.

  2. Fairly positive I take the same pictures every single time I walk that path - it's just so gorgeous I can't refrain even though I already have dozens of the same!

  6. Trade show in France sounds great, but not as great as your pictures look. Wish my commute involved St Pauls- instead I get Cardiff Studentsville, Death Junction, and a park. Hmm.

  7. I love the fact that you're not afraid to start a blog post with the words 'I'm often a lazy shit', that made me chuckle! Love that last photo. Love all your photos in fact, keep em coming. Between you and Charlotte I need never make the trek to London again. Which pleases me because I'm often a lazy shit too :)

  8. I used to walk that exact way to work. It is beautiful... :) I now walk the other way from St Paul's to Waterloo. It is amazing how beautiful London is, and how easily you can forget seeing it every day.

  10. These pictures are so beautiful Becca and have definitely inspired me to carry me camera around with me more often. It's so easy to walk past sights like this every day and take them for granted!
