The Tower of London Remembers

On Friday Lee and I took a flying visit to the Tower of London to look at the poppy display. The poppies line the moat around the tower, with more being added every day - the idea is to fill the whole moat, which will be a spectacular sight.

They make a really fantastic attraction, with people lining the sides of the tower to get a good look. I would highly recommend going and hopefully you'll pick a slightly sunnier day than I did!

The poppies are for sale for £25 each and can be bought here.

  2. I have seen this on so many blogs now, I think it is such an unusual and wonderful way of remembering 100 years ago, I definitely need to get over there myself.

  4. Beautiful! Just today I'm made a draft about Tower Poppies. It is truly amazing how UK cares about tributes made by those fallen men.

  5. It's an incredibly visual way of remembering. Am I allowed to say great photos again or do I need to mix it up a bit?? They're great.
